The new enemy of Cackles is filled by Belladonna Bindweed and the sidekick is filled by Cynthia Horrocks. Miss Hardbroom and Miss Cackle return, and are joined by new members of staff Caspian Bloom, Miss Swoop and Miss Widget/Miss Nightingale.
