Cemil is a ski instructor who is divorced from his wife. His daughter Figen lives with her mother. Figen's boyfriend Hakan knocks her unconscious, rapes her, and takes photos of her for blackmail. Hakan forces Figen into a relationship with Musa, a mafia boss. During this time, Figen dies from a high dose of drugs she was given. Following these events, Cemil sets out on a quest for revenge.
The film is about two friends' efforts to acquire a boat. Ali and Erol, who have been friends since childhood, live together. The two friends have dreamed of buying a boat and enjoying a vacation of their choice for many years. To realize their dreams, they steal a large sum of money from a mafia boss. A car accident brings together Cemil and the young and beautiful doctor Ümran, whose car he crashes into. Cemil quickly falls in love with the young woman and wants to marry her. Ümran is undecided. Tayfun, who works for the wealthy businessman Sabri, is engaged to his boss's daughter Çiğdem but is unhappy. Eventually, Tayfun breaks up with Çiğdem and quits his job. He goes to stay with his close friend Cemil. Before leaving for Ankara on business, Cemil tells Tayfun that he is in love with someone. Meanwhile, Sabri and his daughter Çiğdem track down Tayfun. Ümran is very surprised when she runs into Tayfun one day, because Tayfun is Ümran's ex-boyfriend. Ümran, who does not want to marry Cemil, makes marriage plans with Tayfun, whom she has reunited with. Tayfun had realized that the girl Cemil loves is Ümran. Cemil has no intention of giving up on Ümran.

The film depicts the events that unfold among the candidates in the mayoral elections. A town called Örenyurt becomes a district. Upon this, Zühtü and Tarık, two wealthy residents of the region, decide to run for mayor. The two candidates set off for the town in their campaign buses. During the journey, they travel alongside a public bus called the Geçim Otobüsü, which is also heading to the same town. While the Geçim Otobüsü transports the townspeople, the election buses will be in competition with each other.
