Arnon once loved his neighbor dearly. However, she is now married to another man. By chance he meets Suchada. Suchada stays away from Arnon as she has heard of his promiscuous ways. She is told by a friend that he has broken her heart. Suchada refuses to acknowledge a man who hurt her friend. As their story unfolds, Suchada’s real birthright becomes more clear.
This story takes place during the Ayuthaya period around 1530. It is about politics regarding three kingdoms, Taungoo - (Burma), Phrae (Thailand) and Hongsawadee (Mon). It narrates the journey of Sadet, who will one day, become the greatest Burmese King, King Bayinnaung, also known as "The Conqueror of Ten Directions" as his empire extended up to a big part of Southeast Asia including Thailand.
After witnessing her parents' murder, Nay was sent to Paris to be raised by her father’s best friend, while her brother Vee stayed in Thailand. Ten years later, Nay, now a regal woman, is engaged to Siwat, but they must avenge her parents' murder before marrying. To stay safe upon returning to Thailand, they hire Rabin as her bodyguard.
