Spoddy (Disend), a small-time car thief and master auto mechanic, hates cars and harbors contempt for most people, especially the losers of this world. Directed by Rob Nilsson, this film employs the aesthetic of Direct Action Cinema, which Nilsson developed to allow cast and crew maximum freedom to work as a jazz ensemble, improvising dialogue and action in situations articulated by the director.
Haunted by childhood memories of his father's murder, Frank Carroll, a private detective/circus clown, sets out on a mission of vengeance. Jingles Carroll, a gentleman in a red nose, was gunned down in cold blood by Max & Fudge, two members of a secret society, as his young son watched in horror. Now, twenty years later, Frank strikes back.
A beach runner and bookworm has difficulty communicating with his son. He meets a psychic on a pier at the beach and soon his world turns topsy-turvy with a serial killer coming between him and his son. The ensuing E.S.P. experiences and danger bond father and son.
