Casablanca, July 1999. With longtime monarch Hassan II on his deathbed, there is an air of uncertainty weighing on Morocco - and especially on one marginalized young man, M'key. M'key finds a surrogate father figure in "pit bull" police commissioner Daoud and finds love with the enchanting Rita, but Rita is kept under close watch by her gangster brothers.
Oud Al Ward is kidnapped by a gang of slave traders and is sold to a rich man, who teaches her music until she outperforms him at a party, so he decides to marry her, while she is unaware of the plots she's going to incur at the hands of his wives.
The film is a tale of authentic Moroccan heritage, which tells the story of a poor family made up of Father Salem, known as "Zatat", who accompanies and guards commercial convoys from bandits. Due to the intensity of the father's attachment to his three daughters and his fear for them, he stopped working and stayed with them. But one day, he had to travel, the father’s news disappeared, and the three sisters believed that he had perished. Aouisha, the youngest daughter, professes deception to take care of her two sisters, and each time the sovereign "Moulay Abid" confronts her with a holster of the monument, she escapes him because of his excessive intelligence and his insight.
Employed as a spy and given the task of investigating the threat posed by John the Baptist, Mary Magdalene is overwhelmed by John's powerful message of the coming of the Messiah. Gazing into John's eyes before he dies, Mary is left with the certainty that her place is at the side of this great man, Jesus Christ.
