Fazlı, who is known by everyone, including his family, as an inadequate and insignificant character, sees his routine life change when he buys a junk pickup truck. The staircase car, which we are accustomed to seeing only at airports and used for boarding and disembarking from planes, initially becomes a subject of ridicule when it arrives in the neighborhood. However, it transforms our hero's life as if by magic. The unfolding events turn a downtrodden man into a folk hero overnight.

International terrorist Deşifre manages the finances of terrorist groups around the world. One day, Deşifre steals a virus from the Pentagon and completes the chemical weapon he has been working on. He carries out his plan at the NATO summit in Turkey by injecting the virus into water bottles. The virus causes people to mutate, with some delegates turning into women, others into trees, and so on. The agents tasked with uncovering the truth are K9, who is as clumsy as he is successful, and his beautiful and sexy partner, Agent Ayşe Kosovalı. This adventure, filled with clumsiness and absurdity, is a first for Turkey and even unique in European cinema.
