After completing his time in a juvenile detention center, Daiki Imanishi returns to his hometown in Ibaraki. Upon hearing that his former cellmate, Ken Kohinata, is in danger, Daiki, along with two companions he met in the detention center—Kaito Sakaguchi and Ryuichi Maki—causes trouble at every turn as they head to Tokyo in a stolen car to save Ken.
A year later, Mouri was demoted, and Saiga was expelled from the gang. Engetsu suddenly fell ill, and in Yokohama, where Engetsu's influence waned, drugs began to spread. Amid the unrest, Mouri and Saiga begin to confront each other.
The stage of this work is Saitama, a suburb of Tokyo in the early Heisei period. Immediately after the bubble burst gangster countermeasures law, there were gangsters who defended the last territory and young people who freely controlled the city. The youth conflict escalated day by day and became a force that surpassed the yakuza, and the runaways were sent to juvenile prisons one after another, where exclusive rules awaited.
