Maric tells the story of a couple who find themselves in a nightmare while on vacation.
The mid 90’s. Turkey’s political instability, inflation and hopelesness on people were increased. In those years when all hope was lost, people deeply bond with Bold Pilot and Halis Karataş who win every race coming from the last place. People see themselves at the point where this horse and jockey are: at the back. This duo make people to believe that everybody can win. The race ends at the finish line and the first to cross this line are Bold Pilot and Halis riding it.
Cihan is preparing for university with great excitement. When she wins the university, as she imagines, she finds another tention: "Love". Cihan felt that she had just started to live, in fact, she had a disease without treatment and Figen (her mother) is the first who learns it. As long as Cihan lives, Figen started a big fight for her life so that Cihan could spend the rest of her life as unique and as she deserved.
Sema, a young woman, is the last member of the family of Ayda, from whom she descended. These periods are difficult for Sema because he has just lost his father, who is very valuable for him. Sema, drowned in the law, collapses upon the death of his father. Returning to Istanbul for the funeral, the young woman begins to feel her roots and settles down in the family mansion after the funeral. However, changes in his life are not limited to this. Trying to establish a new order, Sema's life becomes completely different after a document sent to him. Can Sema find himself in an unknown world with the document and will he be able to unravel the mystery of this mysterious document? The screenplay of the film, which includes Demir Karahan, Levent Sülün and Güner Özkul, includes the signature of Coşkun Çokyiğit, while the music belongs to the beloved musician Ferhat Göçer.
