Spying a lissome young woman standing topless on a nearby balcony, Giorgos (Andreas Barcoulis) climbs up onto a nearby rooftop to get a better look. At a critical moment in his climb, his family and friends call out to him and he falls, suffering a terrible blow to the head. Ineed, at the hospital, the family is told that he is brain dead, and that if they like, his heart can be given to someone else as a transplant. Giorgos' grieving wife (Betty Livanou) agrees to this arrangement. The film now follows the recipient of the dead man's heart (Giorgos Constas), as he wanders all over Greece, driven by his newly lusty heart into the arms of many beautiful women. Eventually he is led to the one woman his new heart truly loved, Giorgios' wife.
Kotsos, the representative Greek, is sent to Brussels to meet Mrs. Evropaidou and take part in the 1st EEC Conference. He meets representatives from other member countries, who follow him to Greece to teach him European customs through fast-paced, simple, and understandable lessons. First of all, "Honor and Ethics," taught by the German advisor. "Reform of Public Life," taught by the French advisor, "Marital Jealousy," taught by the Dutch advisor, etc. Kotsos, like a good student, tries to change his mindset and adapt to the new circumstances, and then does his best to satisfy the nine beautiful representatives of the European states who come to Greece to assess his progress. They party with him and leave him physically exhausted, but award him the gold medal for his excellent "performance."
The Adamastos family consists of the father, Major Adamastos, the mother, Captain Eugenia and their daughter, Soldier Vicky. The father defies women in the army while the daughter falls in love with a second lieutenant justifying her father's opinion, but the mother manages to highlight the all-female Company's work.

Shortly after the Occupation, businessman Konstantinos Mavroleon approaches Alekos Kallergis, a fallen aristocrat and professional gambler, and offers to hire him for three months for a large sum of money. Alekos was initially surprised. However, when Mavroleon explained the situation to him, he finally accepted. At the beginning of the war, Mavroleon's daughter, Olga, met army officer Dimos Fokas, who was killed shortly afterwards. Her father, however, told her that he had been taken prisoner. Olga is seriously ill and will die in three months. Mavroleon thought of giving her a few moments of happiness, since Alekos looks remarkably like Dimos. His daughter, although she suspects the deception, accepts the man close to her, so that she can end her life with the deceptive feeling of the presence of the man she once loved.
