Just arriving from his town to the capital, Roberto asks for accommodation to his ambitious relatives. As he does not bring money, he is forced to work as a bricklayer in a construction in which he lives an endless number of dangerous adventures.
A strange flying being has arrived in a remote town in Mexico, carelessly flying too low, crashes into a pole, and damages its wings. So he must remain in the town until he is healed. Meanwhile, in order not to get bored, he decides to sow terror among its inhabitants. As the days go by, the strange being that is none other than the fearsome "CHUPACABRAS" realizes that the only thing that inspires them is laughter. El Chupacabra discovers to his horror that he fell into a town of madmen, who led by the "dangerous" Sheriff (Manuel "Flaco" Ibañez) undertake persecution against him. The Chupacabra escapes to a nearby ranch where he kidnaps ¨La Paty¨ (Paty Muñoz) the owner's daughter, unleashing the wrath of ¨Condorito¨ a lepero and mischievous altar boy (Paty's boyfriend) who joins the crazy chase.

La Guerrera and her buddies are seemingly impervious to bullets (especially machine gun fire), which gives them plenty of time to pick off their opponents with automatic weapons, including a three-barrel contraption that shoots from La Guerrera's motorcycle fairing, a shitload of grenades, a crossbow with a laser scope, and whatever else is at hand. Also, our heroine likes to work on her bike in high heels and hot pants -- before breakfast.
