As usual the best looking girl of the college (Janaki played by Sneha Ullal) falls in love with Srimannarayana (the monkish protector of justice); reasons for that are comprehendible only by someone who had seen enough Telugu films (Bala Krishna films in particular). As the first half progresses the screenplay tells us that Janaki’s and Srimmanarayna’s pasts are related and the flashback starts occupying the screen. The daddy Bala Krishna with Nayanatara next to him and Kota Srinivas Rao playing the bad guy in a war between good and evil about the welfare of the region is the film’s flashback

Avi is a photographer having a relationship with Sonia who is a model. One night the couple after driving from a late night party accidentally bumps of a young girl. Avi also develops a severe shoulder pain and even though he is not overweight he starts weighing 120 kilos. Avi too then starts having similar experiences like Sonia. The couple is petrified when all three of Avis best buddies kill themselves in a similar manner. It then comes to light that the spirit haunting them all has a connection to Avis college life. Meanwhile Sonia finds out that Avi was friends with one Aarti during his college days. What is Aartis connection to all this and what revelation awaits Sonia forms the rest of the film.

A transfer brings the entire family to Hyderabad where he flips for his college classmate Sneha on day one. A determined Sushanth woos her successfully and we are treated to a couple of songs in the bargain. Now, Sneha's philosophy of life runs totally opposite of Sushanth and very soon reality sets in. His attitude ruins his marriage prospects with Sneha and they end up separating. The second half of the movie is all about how they try to fall out of love while making compromises to their philosophies. As expected, it ends well with both accepting that Love is above everything else in life!!!

Sadly, Kaash... Mere Hote! relies on the age-old tricks that made masala films so popular with viewers in 1970s and 1980s. The movie throws logic out of the window [the obsessed girl is blessed with super-natural powers], unwanted songs keep popping up every 10 minutes [at times, every 5 minutes], there's a comedy track running parallel, with no connection whatsoever with the main plot. Simply put, Kaash... Mere Hote! is archaic, outdated!

After Coimbatore-based Ravichandra Verma passes away, his young son, Raja, assumes the responsibility of running the family business as well as ensuring that his brother, Ajay, gets a good education - much to the chagrin of three of his uncles. Years later, while on a trip to Uttaranchal, despite of warnings from a Pandit, he gets killed by a female assassin, but his family is informed that he is missing. Shortly thereafter, Gyaneshwar Kale and his sister, Sravani/Shivani, will inform the family that Raja is still alive but is handicapped and suffers from memory loss. The family is overjoyed but are not aware that Raja is actually a hoodlum/extortionist known as Bottu Seenu/Raghu Rokda.
