Andy is an autistic man who lives with his mother. His situation is watching films regularly and confusing real occasions with movie scenes. One day, he misses the school bus. He decides to reach the school by himself and catch Ms. Sun's class. On the road he is obliged to struggle with daily circumstances.
The series tells the story of the family lives of the police officers working in a special team of the Istanbul Police Department's Public Security Department and their adventures on the streets of Istanbul. The team encounters different and diverse human stories during their missions. The Istanbul Police Chief Rıza Soylu (Zafer Ergin), with his years of experience and fatherhood, approaches these stories, which at times make them smile and at other times are heartbreaking, and guides the other young members of the team.

Mahsun Supertitiz is an unemployed homeless man who steals cars at night so that he can sleep in a heated place during the winter. Mahsun lives in Rumelihisar, an old section of Istanbul, and makes ends meet by getting the local fishermen to help him. Mahsun loves the cars he robs, cleans and polishes them, and drives them through the streets of Rumelihisar during the daytime.
Written by Yılmaz Erdoğan and first staged at the Beşiktaş Cultural Center (BKM) in 1995, Otogargara ran for four seasons to sold-out audiences. The play was also performed 468 times in many provinces and districts of Anatolia between 1995 and 1999, in addition to Ankara and İzmir. During its run at BKM, Otogargara was directed by Turgay Kantürk and featured Yılmaz Erdoğan, Demet Akbağ, Sinan Bengier, Olgun Şimşek, Zerrin Sümer, Erdoğan Dikmen, Gürdal Tosun, Evrim Solmaz, and Serhat Özcan, along with 22 other actors and dancers. It was the first play produced by BKM.
