One also dresses in (very unconvincing) drag to help ensnare victims. Can Dr. Daniara Mauri, who's already had the pleasure of operating on one of the victims who was left for dead, and nosy journalist Giochi, who's in the middle of a romance with our heroine, put a stop to this twisted duo?

The movie, shot in Italian with a primarily Italian cast and an Italian director in 1981, with the title "Quella porcacciona di mia moglie," was caught in a censorship scandal and was repackaged with French inserts (and several different titles) and redubbed for the French market. It was later released in Italy in 1983.
Three men, Manlio, Pino and Paolo have just escaped from prison.
