A promising civil engineer, Stelios, delays his marriage to his beloved Anna because he wants to marry off his sisters first. When Anna becomes engaged to a wealthy sailor and his plans for a major project are rejected, Stelios leaves for Kuwait to work. In an accident, he loses his sight and returns to Greece. Anna will wait for him—since she never married and remains faithful to him—and with the help of a doctor, Stelios will have his eyes healed. His luck has changed radically and the same man who initially rejected his plans will now hire him in his business.

Antzela though does not want to hear a word about it. Telis, decides to train Dinos in order for him to win his daughter's heart. Training does not go so well and so the call in the big guns.
A scientist, inventor of the "ray of life", is found murdered. The perpetrators are Arachne and the inventor's former assistant, Mona. However, the two naive servants of the deceased took the blueprints of his invention with them when they left: Kokkovios and Sparos. Arachne and her gang constantly set traps to extract the coveted paper from the two fools.
