The OhgerCrown, the proof of kingship owned by Gira Husty, has been stolen by the Tylerian Donking, a member of the Alienizer gang, and his servant Ihab. Gira and Prince join a battle fight to retrieve the OhgerCrown, the prize for winning the battle fight. Prince wins steadily, but when he meets a boy who is determined not to lose in order to save his sister, he senses something is wrong.
Daigo Kiryu and Utsusemimaru set out on a journey in pursuit of Uchu King Dagded who invaded Earth. However, during the battle with Dagded, Utsusemimaru is sent to Earth in another time. They arrived on Earth, which has been invaded by the Deboth Army, unable to save the universe from Dagded. In order to stop the ruined future, they head back to the original timeline, but due to the changes in the timeline, Uchu King Gira reigns over Chikyuu!
There is an ancient prophecy shared amongst the kingdoms of Chikyu- 2,000 years after their fall, the Territorial Empire Bugnarok will once again rise up to kill all humans. However, five kings and their guardian deity, King-Ohger, will stand up to face them. The Game World launches an attack on the real world. In front of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and the Uchu Sentai Kyuranger appears the "Arena of Death" where the destruction of the Earth will be decided. Trapped in this inescapable dimension, generations of Super Sentai and Kamen Riders must engage in a battle royale, an unprecedented battlefield of many puzzles connecting the real and game worlds. And then, "Those Heroes" revive... Everything is scaled up, all rules are broken! And when it seems like the real world will fall into a disaster, imagination brings forth unimaginable new heroes!
Several years later after movie “Mr. Max Man”. Hideo is the younger brother of Masayoshi and he works at the same broadcasting station as a rookie AD. Hideo likes Rina who works as a announcer there. Meanwhile, Hideo becomes a righteous hero and fights for justice.

Masayoshi is a young announcer who has worked at a broadcasting station for 3 years. He is the secondary presenter for a morning information program, but he always makes mistakes. Masayoshi also has a crush on co-worker Yuko, whom he has known since he was a child, but he can't seem to get any closer to her. Masayoshi then puts on a pair of glasses that he finds at work. He realizes the glasses gives him superhuman powers. Masayoshi decides to become a righteous hero.
ToQger vs. Kyoryuger will see the twelve rangers from both teams join forces to fight against an evil super giant. They must also save the Galaxy Line, which is falling from space. To make matters worse, the five main ToQgers are turned into children by a Shadow Monster.
